Across the continent, over 700 million hectares of degraded land hold immense potential for regenerative agriculture and nature-based carbon removal. In many regions, agriculture is the backbone of daily life: a source of food, income, and stability. When soil breaks down, so does that foundation. Oath Africa exists to restore it. We partner with farmers, local institutions, and companies to improve soil health, increase yields, and generate high-integrity carbon credits. Our early projects span thousands of hectares, and our model is designed to grow—country by country, continent-wide.
Heathy soil aligns transformative global impact with meaningful local benefits.
Oath Africa is a public benefit company that works hand-in-hand with farmers and land stewards to apply Oath Soil Life across diverse landscapes — through approaches that are scientifically rigorous, economically viable, and community-centered.
Unlike conventional products, Oath Soil Life reintroduces beneficial microbes into depleted soils, unlocking productivity and resilience from within—boosting root growth, crop health, and soil function.

Locally driven deployment.
We work directly with farming communities to apply Oath Soil Life across landscapes, offering training, support, and long-term partnership.
Measurable, verifiable results.

Measurable, verifiable results.
We collect rigorous data on yield, soil health, and carbon sequestration, laying the foundation for certification under leading climate standards.
Restoring land. Returning value.
Post-harvest yield.
Value returned to the ground.
The value created stays with the land: better harvests, healthier ecosystems, and future income for the farmers and stewards leading the work. This is infrastructure for a different kind of climate economy; one that starts in the soil and grows outward.
We scale impact via Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)—project entities that manage land aggregation, financing, and revenue distribution. Each SPV enables all participants to take part in carbon markets and access additional income streams through verified climate outcomes.
Smallholder Cooperatives & Commercial Farms
Focused on perennial crops, this SPV increases farm productivity while generating verified carbon credits within sourcing landscapes.
In deployment in Rwanda, targeting 5,000+ hectares
Impact: Improves soil health and increases yield by over 45%, strengthens farmer resilience to climate shocks, and lays the groundwork for carbon credit generation.
Agroforestry, Afforestation & Reforestation Corridors
Focused on restoring degraded forest ecosystems to generate high-integrity carbon credits and test scalable nature-based offsetting.
In design in Rwanda, targeting 10,000+ hectares.
Impact: Modeled to sequester 4–5 tCO₂/ha/year, restore biodiversity and soil health, and build the foundation for long-term forest stewardship and climate finance flows.
