Inoculation of bacterial strains isolated from saline soils promotes oat plant growth, which may be a promising strategy to improve salt–resistance in plants. In this study, inoculation with the salt-tolerant bacteria Paenibacillus peoriae LrM1 mitigated oxidative stress and improved growth in salt-stressed oats (100 mM NaCl).
