Native core microbiomes are crucial for enhancing plant production, yet are often overlooked in synthetic communities (SynComs). In this study, four SynComs were developed, finding that SC2, which includes native core microorganisms, showed significant growth promotion and improved rhizosphere functions. Using SC2 in a microbial fertilizer increased plant biomass by 129%, demonstrating the value of native core microbes.
