Agricultural practices can sequester SOC to mitigate climate change. In this article, authors identify and explain four key uncertainties: 1) predicted SOC and GHG changes, 2) social and economic constraints, 3) measurement reliability, and 4) risk perceptions in adoption methods. Addressing these gaps can refine expectations and guide effective GHG reduction investments.
