Exposure to antimony (Sb) reduced biomass and altered Pteris cretica var. nervosa growth, but arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) mitigated these effects, enhancing Sb accumulation and maintaining protein functions. Proteomics identified key proteins involved in metabolism and stress response, demonstrating AMF's potential for improving Sb phytoremediation.
