Four newly isolated plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains enhanced Arabidopsis thaliana growth through ACC deaminase activity, indole acetic acid production, and phosphorus solubilization. Some strains also provided protection against pathogens, increased maize root growth, and demonstrated significant plant growth-promoting traits.
